Our Mission
Serving 11 rural Oklahoma school districts, the Five Star Interlocal Cooperative provides special education services under IDEA and Section 504. Our top priority is students aged 3-12 with significant disabilities, followed by those at risk of exclusion from general education.
Our goal is to continue to expand our efforts to identify and provide special education and related services for individuals with disabilities.
